Downline Christmas Party

I wanted to share a few highlights from my downline Christmas party last week.  We had a blast and we did a gift exchange.  Everyone made a project under $5.  This was lots of fun and there were some great projects.

I thought I got pictures of everything but I guess I didn't.  At least you can see some of the fun projects.  This was a great night of stamping, games, and great food.  Thanks to those in my downline that attended.  We sure had a blast.

Jolly Bingo Bits Cards & Box

I wanted to share a great project from Jenn Hoyum in my downline.  Jenn is a new demonstrator that joined in August and you can tell she really has a talent for stamping.  I'm so excited to have her in my group of demonstrator friends.  Check out these adorable cards and box to put the cards in.  Wouldn't you love to receive these.

Button Buddies Ideas

Erin Glovinky had a great box and cards that she shared at our downline meeting.  For some reason I got a picture of the cards and missed taking one of the box.  I figured you would enjoy seeing a few of the cute cards she made.  

These are all 3 X 3 cards which are so perfect for making as gifts.  Everyone can use a stash of small cards to add to a package at any time.  Think about making some cards up for gifts this year.

Brayer Technique

Lacy Stauffer did 2 amazing demonstrations at our downline meeting on Saturday.  In addition, to the mini scrapbook I posted yesterday she showed us how to make fun backgrounds using the brayer.  Check out the fun cards that she made using this technique.  Woo Hoo!!!  Isn't she talented.

We also had a great demonstration by Patti McCormick using bleach and the smooch spritz.  I learned a new tip from Patti.  She told us not to shake the smooch spritz because it will clog the spray tip. Instead you should roll the container to mix the spray.  What a great tip that will help all of us in using this fun product.  More ideas coming tomorrow.

Downline Meeting Highlights

I had an amazling downline meeting yesterday with my group.  It was so fun and I absolutely loved the projects that were demonstrated by my team.  I figured you would love to see some samples too. Below is a project that Lacy Stauffer did that is an absolutely amazling scrap book project using envelopes. Isn't this the cutest thing.  I will be highlighting this project in one of my upcoming twelve weeks of Christmas tutorials.  Tomorrow I will share a few more samples from another demonstation Lacy did. Plus I'll share some great cards from Jenn Hoyum and Erin Glovinsky.  I have the best group and boy did we have a fun time on Saturday.  Hope you enjoy the ideas as much as I did.

More Convention Highlights

I'm finally getting back to a somewhat normal schedule.  We had a incrediblly busy July and I'm glad things are slowing down.  I wanted to share a few more highlights from convention:

Here I am with my friend Connie Stewart after we found out we were in the top 100 demonstrator of the year.  Isn't that purse to die for.  It has already become my new day to day purse.

Here is my downline Michelle Miller and one of my uplines Nancy Ferb walking for $20,000 in sales.  Woo Hoo!!!  Way to go.

Here are my downline Michlle Miller and Tracey Crosser walking for their 5 year anniversary.  I'm so proud of you guys.  I can't believe how the time has flown.

Here I am with my downline Lacy Stauffer.  She got to walk for attending her first convention and for recruiting during the year but I wasn't able to get her picture.  She was so sweet to come find me after the awards night and congratulate me for being number 49 demonstrator of the year.  I'm so glad you could go to convention this year.  I bet you will be back.  :)

On the last day of convention Carrie Cudney did a fun demonstration around candy.  Isn't this card adorable using Hershey miniatures.  Now if you like this check out the cake below.

Downline Pampering Party

I had so much fun planning my pampering party for all my downline that earned this special incentive party.  I had ten downline in all five levels that qualified.  I put together a cute basket with either slippers or flipflops.  You can see a better picture of the slippers in the picture below.  Aren't those the cutest thing ever.  I used the Big Shot and the Fun Flowers die to make the flowers and then I just attached the flower with a brad.

I totally forgot to take pictures of the event but as everyone arrived we had a little downtime soaking their feet with some bath salts.  Then we finished off with some refreshing mint lotion to really relax everyone.  I told them they all deserved a little break after their hard work during sale-a-bration.

Then we moved on to the projects.  Of course, we had to continue with the pampering theme. Everyone got to make the candle, bath salts and the adorable box with bath products.  It was a blast and it was wonderful letting my downline have fun making the projects.  Those that couldn't attend still got all the goodies.  

Here is a close up of my favorite project.  I will actually have an opportunity for everyone to make this free.  Watch for the details of my cruise special that will be posted tomorrow.

Another Baby Tees Card

I thought I would share one more idea using the Baby Tees jumbo wheel from the Stampin' Up! catalog.  this is another shoebox swap card from my last downline meeting.  I love how Rachel cut out one of the tees and put it on the card.  Isn't the card adorable.
