May Stamp Class & Update on April Class

Check out the inside when you open it up.  I got this project from a swap and I knew I had to do it because it was so fabulous.

We will be making this fun project at my stamp class in May.  The cost of the class is $25 and you will get an entire packge of the Mocha Morning designer series paper.  I'm offering this class on Wedneday, May 9th at 6:30 pm and Friday, May 11th at 9:30 am.  Please RSVP with payment by April 30th so I can get all the paper ordered.  You can register now through paypal using the button below or e-mail me.

In total you will make the adorable candy holder and the pop up card or scrapbook(you make it what you want).  The best part is you can customize the project to meet your needs.  These projects are done as a birthday theme but you can make it baby theme, little girl, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc.  The cost of the class is $20.  Please RSVP with payment by March 30th.  You can register for my April stamp class through paypal using the button below or e-mail me.

I had the best time at the Stampin' Up! Regional in Milwaukee yesterday.  There were about 25 from my group including a few guests.  After working so many hours these days it was nice to have a day to do something I really enjoy.  I'll be posting some pictures over the next couple of days.

Rue Des Fleurs Samples

Todays samples focus on the stamp set called Rue Des Fleurs.  These are all samples that were on display at Leadership.  They are fabulouus.

Downline Pampering Party

I had so much fun planning my pampering party for all my downline that earned this special incentive party.  I had ten downline in all five levels that qualified.  I put together a cute basket with either slippers or flipflops.  You can see a better picture of the slippers in the picture below.  Aren't those the cutest thing ever.  I used the Big Shot and the Fun Flowers die to make the flowers and then I just attached the flower with a brad.

I totally forgot to take pictures of the event but as everyone arrived we had a little downtime soaking their feet with some bath salts.  Then we finished off with some refreshing mint lotion to really relax everyone.  I told them they all deserved a little break after their hard work during sale-a-bration.

Then we moved on to the projects.  Of course, we had to continue with the pampering theme. Everyone got to make the candle, bath salts and the adorable box with bath products.  It was a blast and it was wonderful letting my downline have fun making the projects.  Those that couldn't attend still got all the goodies.  

Here is a close up of my favorite project.  I will actually have an opportunity for everyone to make this free.  Watch for the details of my cruise special that will be posted tomorrow.

Club Project - Goodie Tent

This idea came straight from the demonstrator website.  I love when I see an idea on the Stampin' Up! demonstrator website and I know right away it is perfect for club.  To make the adorable goodie tent you simply cut 2 of the bigger tags from the Two Tags Big Shot die.  This die is on sale for only $18.66 through December 22nd.  You glue the bottom of the two tags together with one of the tags going to the right and one to the left.  That is all there is to it.  Just pull the top of the tags together and tie with ribbon.  I then slide a small cellophane bag filled with goodies into the middle of the tent.  Putting a little adhesive on the cellophane bag helps it stay in place.  We used the Best Wishes & More stamp set found on page 64 of the catalog.  I also did a sample with the heart to show everyone that any of the shapes from this set would work for this project.
