Cruise Make 'n Take
This is the last make 'n take from the cruise. I really like this one and it uses some new designer paper from the upcoming catalog. The inside is so cute as well.
On the inside we used watercolor paper. We actually used markers to scribble on the top of the stamp box and then used the Aquapainter to color in the owls. I can't ever remember watercoloring with my markers so that was kind of fun. Anyways, I just had so much fun using this stamp set. Once I get through April 15th I'm going to pull out the set and come up with a couple of projects using this set.
Okay, now for all my wonderful customers that know how long I have been battling my illness will appreciate my latest medical saga. Even after resting so much on the cruise I still wasn't feeling well. I was in a ton of pain this week and finally decided to make another trip to the immediate care. Well, the doctor decided it was time to run a bunch of tests so we started with x-rays. Well, that is far as we had to go because they found out that I had 2 broken ribs from all my coughing. Can you believe it? Well, it will be a long process and it just heals on its own but at least all of you understand why my poor blog has suffered. Hopefully, I can take it easy in the next couple of weeks and my ribs will heal fast. I will still be holding clubs this week, so don't worry about that. Luckily we meet at my house in the Rockford area so I don't have to worry about lugging all my stuff some place else. Anyways, I've got a couple projects figured out and I know you guys will like them. So come ready to have some fun.
Thanks for visiting. Hopefully, I can get back to my normal posting soon. Thanks for all of your patience.

Oh my gosh. I have been ready your blog for a few weeks and just realized you live close to me. I live in Byron. Haha. Small world. I feel for you and your ribs. I feel last summer with my camera in my hands. I was protecting it and not my ribs. Broke 2. It hurt so badly. Every time I breathed. Feel better soon. Dawn B.

Just to let you know a couple of years ago when my Mom had plerisy she also broke some ribs from coughing, I think it was three. She had it in the fall though, and it took her till way into the spring to feel "better". Hopefully you being younger and fitter than her will bounce back faster.

Bless your heart two broken ribs. I will shoot up a prayer for quick healing.
I moved to Las Vegas from Machesney Park so I was practically your neighbor!
Blessings.
